Due to the nature of our products (health supplements, dietary wellness, and consumable personal care items) and in accordance with strict health, safety, and hygiene regulations, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been shipped.

1. Final Sale & No Returns

Because our products are ingestible supplements, we cannot restock or resell items once they have left our warehouse, even if unopened. Therefore:

All purchases made through garmtar.com are non-returnable and non-refundable.

We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or accidental orders.

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great pride in our packaging and quality control. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item:

1. Notification Window: Please notify our support team within 48 hours of package delivery.

2. Proof Required: Email us at support@garmtar.com (or via our Contact Us page) with:

    Your Order Number

    A brief description of the issue

    Clear photos showing the damaged product, the packaging, and the shipping label.

3. Resolution: Upon review and verification, we will promptly issue a free replacement or refund for the affected item.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or dispatched by our fulfillment team.

Once tracking information is generated or the order has been handed over to the courier, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

If you need to cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@garmtar.com with your order number.

4. Lost or Stolen Packages

Garmtar is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and secure before completing checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, reshipping fees will apply.
